A week of serious fun! You will learn how to create archival cyanotypes and van dyke brown prints on paper and/or fabric, enlarge negatives both with a computer and in a darkroom, and utilize various kinds of photograms and paper negatives to realize your personal vision. We will start with sensuous
printmaking papers on which to produce your imagery
and maybe break the rules by combining techniques.
You might be inspired by seeing exciting slides of 180
years of blue- and brown-printing, from the beginning
of photography to the present.
